Design a Community Garden
Challenge your students to use their STEM skills and design a community garden.
Students will learn about Integrated Pest Management by making decisions for an inherited potato farm, realize the consequences of their decisions and discover how supply and demand affect commodity prices.
The Multidisciplinary AGricultural Integrated Curriculum (mAGic) was created in 2004 under the leadership of the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and Facilitating Coordination in Agricultural Education Project (FCAE).
